No customer services regarding rewards

I bought vouchers using my rewards points, but I still haven't received them 24HRs later. Ending up paying cash. Would like my points refunded, but I am being told its not possible.

Please note that the voucher code it is there in your profile. Kindly take note as it is stated on Sasol Rewards terms and conditions, unfortunately there is no reversal of points
