Needs proper feedback

My family and I bought shares in Sasol Inzalo exactly 10 years ago was expecting a payment. I called Sasol and a very arrogant consultant by the name of Keamogetswe tried to assist me. As a shareholder and consumer I felt utterly disgusted by the manner as to how she spoke to me. I would appreciate if someone could assist me to understand as to why the switch was made between Sasol Inzalo and Sasol Khaniysa. What makes me so upset is the fact that not everyone who purchased the shares back to 2008 has access to a telephone or the internet.
