My shares were reinvested without my permission

I bought shares with Sasol Inzalo Shares and last year September I was supposed to be paid but instead my shares were reinvested without my permission for the next 10 years and when I asked to withdraw my shares in June I was sent some forms instructing me to fill them up in order for my request to be done and when I wMy as done two months later I was told I can not make the withdrawal.
