Missing Power steering pump cap

Sadly I am still DRIVING around dangerously with the power steering pump uncapped, no communication whatsoever on how am I getting back my Power steering pump cap that was lost/****** by your attendant which his manager Lindani Luvuno promised to replace 3weeks ago. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
