****ming in Sasol

On the 17th June 4:16 I went to Sasol in Hammarsdale and was assisted a gentleman called Nkosi N I asked for full tank to put in and proceded to to pay. Not only did I not receive the petrol I payed for he blatantly charged me for something he knew he did not pour in. This goes to show it's a normal practice and in this economy you can not be ****ming people out of such an expensive commodity without consequences hence I am reporting this. I have always heard about this practice of pumping air but to actually experience it is another beast.

I hope this matter will be attended to with efficiency and put a stop to it.
