Lydenburg Sasol worst service provider

This morning I went to Sasol garage in Lydenburg Mashishing, on my arrival I called one of the petrol attendants to give me service he was just sitting there as if there was nothing happening. I asked him why was he not attending me, he answered me with attitude and saying that he was not sure if I needed assistance, and he went on arguing with me and shouting so that his colleagues and other customers could hear. This was a bad experience for me, especially in the morning, when I was in a hurry to go to work. He delayed me intentionally by dragging his feet and making sure he takes his time. I shared the experience with my colleagues on my arrival to work and they said I made a big mistake by going there, they no longer fill in their petrol at Sasol garage because of the same service and treatment. The employee was wearing a mask, I couldn’t see his face.
