Lost Purse

On Monday the 23 November at about 18h05, I went to Sasol to buy bread. I bought 2 loaves of brown bread paying with cash from my black purse. I reached home at about 18h15 and realise that my purse is not in the bag. I went back to Sasol to check, I asked the gentlemen who was helping me and he said he did not see it. I went to Sasol on Tuesday requesting that they check the camera because of my valuables in that purse. The manager told me that he cannot help me at that time, I must leave my contact details, the time I was in the garage and clothes I was wearing, I wrote on a peace of paper all the information needed, Its Tuesday the 1st December I did not get any feedback from the manager. I have lost my driver's licence which I need desperately
