Lacking customer service

In the morning I asked someone to buy me Sunday time newspaper she mistakenly bought me The Star which was of the previous day. only realised after church when I wanted to go through the newspaper, went back to try and exchange to get Sunday times was told they do not do exchange, and the newspaper was in the same condition it was bought.I asked to speak to superior who was impatient and unhelpfule he end up leaving me unattended which I found rude then asked for the manager who told me whatever she told which did not make sense all I needed was the Sunday Times and enjoy my Sunday afternoon, Sasol had to just spoil it what happend to understanding and helping customers and be helpful so they can feel free and call again.Someone must go back to the drawing board and teach their staff to be patient and help customers.
