I’ve never had to wait for fuel for 15 min plus!!!

On the 29th of May around 4pm I went to Sasol in Fourways (by Fourways Mall) and I was totally ignored. The only reason I didn’t leave is I was running on empty. I hate petrol stations hence I fill up when I get to one. Because of the service I received that day from attitude filled Jermina, I only poured R200. At first she was ignoring my complaints about not being served while people came and left. This is the opposite of the service I receive on a regular basis in Hartbee****rt. The staff is ALWAYS willing to help- AWSOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. To think she’s still on training. She has a long way to go.
