incorrect prices and poor service

<p> I went to buy hazard booster cable,it was R37,95 on the shelf the till price R 200. The gentlemen who was working on the till (Seun) refused to give me the cables on a price I saw on the shelf.he said that he is going to short at the end of his shift when he balances his float and it is the merchendiser's fault. I asked to speak to the manager,he said that there is no manager,he doesn't work in the night.HE IS ONLY AVAILABLE DURING THE DAY.</p>
