Inconvenience to customers

Staff was friendly and helpful BUT, because they are running on an old system they couldn't help me with doing a split payment (card and cash) . This is a well established business and should really update their system because it causes alot of inconvenience to customer. As I had to get out the car with my child to withdraw money at the atm which non of the atm's available had cash in , so at the end of the day the friendly cashier helped me to do a split payment.
