<p>I stopoed at Sasol parkdene on my way back from Alberton Saturday at 18:02. I asked the attendant to put R150 95 in my car and check my tyres. My brother went inside to buy bread and milk. As the attendant is doing my tyres I looked at the display on the tanks and noticed the Rand value was already in the R200 range I jumped out and asked if that was my fuel and that I said I wanted R150.00. The attendant got confrontational right away saying " What now ? I know you you always come here and fill up and I Must pay thats all " I told him that I have NEVER been to that garage and that I spesifically asked for R150.00 as it was the only money I had on me. I had to borrow cash from my brother but was still short R85.00 the cashier inside Sandile apologised and said that there were now Managers on duty that could assist and that I must come pay the balance as soon as I can ( He was very professional and apologetic) . I went in on Sunday morning to pay the balance using my mothers garage card and spoke to a Manager who merely apologised. I litteraly only had R150 for petrol now I owe my brother money aswell as my mother whos petrol card I used bacause he didnt listen. I had to withdraw my last money to pay back my mother and brother which I find extremely upsetting. </p> <p>The amount Totalled to R 345.85. </p> <p>Its upsetting that there are no procedures in place for this type of situation why should I pay for someone elses incompetence? </p> <p>I had to drive around Boksburg Central to try and withdraw from my ewallet but was not succesful then I had to drive all the way back to parkdene from Impala park the next morning to go pay the balance so I am inconvenienced all the way. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
