I'm writing to report a concerning issue. On 18/02/2025, I purchased R300 worth of petrol, but my vehicle's fuel gauge didn't increase. Instead, it dropped from 80 km to 70 km. I drove 15 km to work, but the gauge still didn't improve. I returned to the station and spoke to the attendant and supervisor, but no clear explanation was provided. As a paying customer, I expect the fuel to be accurately reflected in my vehicle's fuel gauge. I kindly request that this matter be addressed urgently. I expect prompt action to rectify this situation and provide an appropriate resolution, including reimbur*****t if necessary.
