Ill-treatment at SAsol

<p>Good day,</p> <p>Yesterday on the 27 September 2016 at 18H50 I went to fill-up my car at Lephalale ( Ellisras) Sasol Garage by the mall and as usually the garage is always busy and I spotted one car on pump 7 and I decided to enter on that pump with a reverse parking hence the car was facing another way and my tank is on the right hand side. As I was waiting for a car attender to assist me once his done with that . After the car that came before me left another car approached the pumped and stood behind me. I was talking on the phone with my husband that time as I noticed on the mirror that the petrol attender is serving the car behind me and came after 10 minutes of me standing there. I drop the call and tell him that I was there before that car behind me but he took no notice and continued to assist that woman while mocking me. He didn’t apologies or tells me why he is not serving me. Once he was done with the car he asked me to move my car because the car he was servicing doesn’t have space to go out and I need to move. I told him that I am not doing that because he treated that woman with special treatment and now he want me to move for her after what they did. They continued to mock me while assisting her to go out. After that he left the pump and me there without assisting me again and the other pregnant lady who is also a petrol attender approached me with attitude telling me they don’t respect us because we don’t respect them. Both of them they didn’t assist me and she continue mocking me talking in a language that I didn’t understand. After 25 minutes of me standing there at 19H15 a gentle man by the name of Oupa asked me if there is a problem because he notices that I was standing there for almost 20 minutes. I told him the attitude that these two people has given me and he assisted me fast and I left the petrol station very disappointed and angry.</p> <p>I would like to know why was I being ill-treated for no reason and being made to stand at the garage for 30 minutes for no reason. I would like Sasol to deal with these two people accordingly, discipline has to talk it cause because how many people are they ill-treating because they know if you voice out they will ignore you and not assist you. CCVTV footage can be played in order to prove what really happen yesterday.</p> <p>Im staying 1 km away from this petrol station and I have been using it ever since I started working in Lephalale but yesterday I was ill treated like this. WHY?</p> <p> </p>
