If poor service had a name it would be Sasol Maqelepo branch in Tshongweni Katlehong

I was at the Sasol Maqelepo petrol station in Tshongweni Katlehong. I wanted to get some food but there was no one at the food counter. A lady walked around nonchalantly on her phone and disappeared into the back, I then went to the 2 cashiers who carried on with whatever they were busy with and as I stood there patiently a man walked in and gave a warm greeting, I'm assuming they know each other and immediately the customer was helped as I stood right there in front of the line at the window were I should be getting service. I asked why that was happening and got a blank stare. I decided to walk away because the situation was just infuriating and not just the poor service but the fact that we are in a pandemic, these are really bad times and unemployment is at its highest. It breaks my heart to see how little respect the employees at this sasol have for their jobs and how fortunate they are, this coming from an unemployed person who just wanted to spend the little I have on something to eat. Disappointed would be an understatement.
