How can SASOL Midstream charge 25c per litre MORE?
On 31 May 2015 I filled up at SASOL Midstream (SCC) and later noticed I was charged R13.14 per liter of 95 octane. Then on 3 July 2015 I was charged R13.77.

In both instances I was overcharged by 25c per liter or am I missing something? I do have the relevant slips as proof.

Kindly explain how this is possible?
