Horrible service from Clemence

Went to get my car washed @ Sasol Ruimsig in January and a guy by the name Clement or Clemence was the one washing my car. The service started out alright as per usual with all other guys who work at the petrol station car wash. When my car was done in the washing bay I drove it to the other side where they wipe the cars and that’s when my trouble started. There was a customer that was driving a golf that was behind me and when this car got to the other side the customer who was a guy and Clement got into a conversation that was very interesting to Clemence. He was so interested and vested in the conversation that he would occasionally even stand on the side and leave my car. Mind you I’m sitting by the waiting area with my daughter. This carried on for some time until I eventually told him I’m waiting for my car he must hurry up. He just dismissed me and carried on with the “interesting “ conversation. Eventually he got done and when I get to my car he started chit chatting me asking if I see the car is properly washed. I told him where to get off as I could see he was trying to get a tip from me. Which I do give to the guys when they wash my car. When the customer realized I was telling this guy how he wasted my time chit chatting he excused himself and left for a while. When I requested the manager he first pointed at his colleague and eventually said the manager has left. At this point I was fuming. Went to the filing station and asked the guys where I could get the manager. As the guys where busy filling up I went inside leaving my daughter in the car. The so called supervisor was telling the petrol attendant he sees nothing wrong as Clemence wasn’t the one talking. He’s saying all this next to my daughter assuming she doesn’t understand Sotho. The manager asked him to apologise but nevertheless I never set foot to this carwash after the incident as I realise the guys cover up for each other and management doesn’t do anything about this. On Saturday 02nd March my twin sister was visiting me and went to the same car wash with my daughter at 5:30 PM. To her luck the same Clement guy came and told her they are closed. When she asked what time they close he said at 6 PM but they start packing up at 5:30. On Sunday morning we went to the same filing station and reported this to the guy manager on duty who obviously didn’t do anything about it, he didn't even say anything to him.
