Horrible service

<p>Me and my husband went to Galitos Sasol Garage Emalahleni to buy food, I ordered my meal and requested to be extra mild as it was a take away. The lady who assisted me was Nomthie Nk, she gave me attitude nd told me that the sauce is being measured, so that can't happen. I was so surprised cos I usually request that in other galitos esp Kwaguqa. She then continued by that strange attitude. After she called my number. I went to the counter to collect food. I went to the other counter as the other one was busy (There were two customers waiting). She then left my food in the counter (the one that was occupied) and then said to me "here's your food" then left. Customers called me to come the other side to get my food. What surprised me is why did she had to be that cheeky. </p> <p>Where is good customer experience?</p>
