Great Splendid Service

On the 13th of June. I unfortunately had a puncture and had to drive by the nearest service station which was Sasol in Tembisa between Mkhathini and Sivana section Andrew Maphetho street. It was a rainy wet Monday morning. A gentleman by the name of Mabatho, I forgot to ask for a surname. Gave me the best service ever. Firstly I discovered that my wheel spanner was out of order. I was panicking obviously I know nothing about changing tyres. He could not find the wheel spanner that belongs to the garage because the gentleman who was on night shift had put it else where they could not find. He tried with other motorists until he could find it and change my tyre. Even though it took almost an hour and I was panicking and feeling cold, he was so calm and assured me that he will assist me which he did without a doubt. I was standing next to him with an umbrella and I could see him getting wet yet he never stopped nor gave up, cheerful with a smile all the way. I arrived at work safely. Words alone can never express how grateful I am to this gentleman, he gave me the best service ever. Not only that but he saved my day. Indeed people like this needs to be celebrated and applauded for a job well done. Thank You so Much Mabatho May all his dreams and deepest desires come to pass. Thank you Sasol for employing only the best for the job.
