Gauge did not move up after reffiled

I went to protea Glen Sasol garage on the 25th february 2025 around 10:37 am to pour petrol on my vehicle i was left with 65 kilos then after i drove off then after 2 minutes my car gives a warning of a petrol when i check it was still on 65 kilos and normally when i put R100 it goes up to 130 to 150 kilos then i drove back to the garage nd asked the petrol attend wht happend the instead of asnwring my questions he called his supervisor then the supervisor came back with a footage that showing the petrol attendent puting the petrol pump in to my car only...they a asked then to shows me the readings from 0 to 100 as i asked him to put R100 on my car then they told me its impossible for them to show me....then i called another petrol attendent to put another R100 while they were still there then the gauge moves from 65 kilos to 150 kilos then i show them then they said theres nothing they can do ... I called Sasol and lodge a complain then today 26 February 2025 i got an email stating that my case has been closed with no reason why its closed.. without resolving the issue
