garage manager sleeping on duty

This morning(2015/09/14) my fiance and I went to randfontein sasol garage, we waited a few minutes without any service, I asked a petrol attendant for service and again we waited. After a while ( 15 min) I went into the store and asked for the manager.. The lady at the till said that he is in his office so I went and knocked on his door a few times without any answer, I went back to the lady at the till and she couldn't seem to get hold of him either. When customers arrived she went back to the till while I was busy knocking,when I eventually gave up I asked the lady at the till if she knew what was going on? She said that the manager is busy sleeping!!!! I asked her if she knew how long this was going to take and she responded with \ it depends". We weren't the only customers unsatisfied with the service this morning."""
