Fuel not Dispensed Into Vehicle & Slip not Provided

<p>Last night 14 February at around 10h17pm, I arrived at SASOL in Winchester Hills on Swartgoud road. As a regular customer who lives less than a 2 minute drive from the station, I requested R80 petrol and went inside the shop to buy airtime. After a few minutes, the petrol attendant then met me in the store and took R80 for the petrol. I gave him the money, got into the car and drove away.</p> <p> </p> <p>About 1 minute into the drive, I realised that there was no petrol in the car. As the car is not mine and belongs to my flatmate, I suspected that maybe there is an issue with the gauge that I did not know about. I also realised that I had not been given a slip. I then turned around and went back to SASOL to request a slip.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got the slip and got back in the car and returned home, as I wanted to clarify the matter with my flatmate when he woke up. He was completely shocked that there was no petrol in the car. especially as the car is almost brand new (November 2016). He proceeded to go to another petrol station and put in petrol for R90 and there was not a single issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm completely horrified by this experience</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
