Frustration with Sasol and RandMutual

On 30April2021 i was put of from Sasol due to hearing loss and was reported in January 2021 to Rand Mutual.I was put off for medical impairment.So here is my proplem the person at Sasol Yolanda Henning who must deal with Rand Mutual is not doing her job to make sure they recieve all nessarry documents that they require.Everytime i phone Rand Mutual they tell me they are still waiting for documents from Sasol.This leads to more frustration because it's RandMutual blaming Sasol and the Sasol blaming Rand Mutual.Sasol are very quick to lay people off for medical impairment without proper assistance from them.They don't deal with RandMutual and sort out claims before they let you go.This is not only me who is frustrated with Sasol but the people who was put off before me is also struggling to sort out claims with RandMutual.Some people within Sasol think because they have money and can pay laywers they can do what they want with the ex employees.They are quick to tell you what the law says but they themselfs don't abide by the same laws.It is disgusting that a big company like Sasol don't assist and to make sure you are being sorted out with everything.Everyone just pass the bucket and all that i want is to sort out the mess with RandMutual.I hope Sasol will see this and sort out everything with Randmutual.I had to pay myself for hearing aids and it was over R30000 and i did not recieve any help with this from Sasol.RandMutual says they will pay all costs but when will this happen because they keep on saying we wait for documents from Sasol.So please Sasol do your part and assist to sort out the mess.
