False Advertising.

The Sasol Fuel Station in Meyerton cnr Peirneef & Calvalho. I have a Sasol rewards card & was told when I got it that I could use it for the Sasol Car Wash. I was in a few times last week to use it & the said it was off line x 3. I went in today to redeem my points for the car wash & they told me I could not use my points for the car wash. Why did they not tell me last week & why was I told upfront that I can use my points for the car wash. Staff were so rude including the owner. Very dissatisfied with Sasol
