False accusaton in public. ******

At Sasol car wash I confirmed with an attendant that our slip's in order, before I took my place in the queue at 8:45am.(Slip dated for Feb when I had to leave after spending 1hr in queue. Supervisor that day apologized- said I must come back. He wrote \not used"and signed slip). At 10am at the wash cubicle Patrick (Supervisor) asked to see our slip. He said it expired. I asked to see the supervisor that signed our slip. He wasn't in. I explained we have sat in the carwash queue for 1hr15min with 4 kids -why did the attendant we 1st showed our ticket not tell us this before we got in the queue.We pointed him out to Patrick .Patrick did not care for their mistake.Told us to leave.We requested the owners nr.He refused.Andile (Manager) told Patrick that we may have the wash but then changed his mind?- said we must leave.He got the police to remove us.Andile said:\""You *****ing my money\"" & Patrick said:\""You have committed ***** & signed this receipt yourself!\"". Publicly before the police they falsely accused us. Andile said Sasol does not redeem the car wash slips"
