Failed service and lack of communication 🧐
So I met up with Lindani Luvuno the Manager on the 3rd of September 2023,he started by arguing as to why I never pitched on the previous supposed meet up to come up with a solution as to how the company will replace the missing power steering pump cap,he promised to get it same day which I still haven't received,in the week 5/6 September 2023 he said he ordered and will let me know soon as it's available until today I have not heard anything, yesterday I called and he didn't answer so I popped in to check with him unfortunately I was told he is off duty , SADLY I am still DRIVING WITH THE DANGER OF NOT HAVING THE POWER STEERING PUMP CAP 😔

05 Oct 2023, 12:23Apparently Lindani Luvuno promised to get the cap for the power steering pump 3 Sundays ago , Lopec in boksburg has it at R650 kindly find it there and do the right thing in customer satisfaction experience 🤌🏽, again it's not personal rather urgent 😔
