Extremely Terrible Customer Service

<p>I took my car for a wash at the Sasol garage opposite FeatherBrooke Village in ruimsig. Firstly, they took over an hour washing my car and to top it all off they locked my car keys inside the car. I did not have my spare on me, it was at home in my flat which I could not get access to, since the house keys were locked in the car too. The manager named Politeness, only came once to see what the comotion was and disapeared thereafter. The lady who locked my keys did nothin at all but sulk. I was stranded for over an hour, goin out of my way to make a plan on how to get my spares. The staff was very useless and not helpful at all yet they are the idiots who locked my keys inside the car. It was the worst customer service I have ever had simply because they were not interested in sorting out their mess. Worst sasol garage!!! Never going back again...</p>
