Disgusting service

<p>errible service at Sasol Kingsmead Dbn</p> <p>I was so frustrated with a service which i dint receive from Xolani. Yesterday afternoon pick hour, i got at the garage and it is busy but this one petrol attender he just took his own sweet time with one car. Then ive decided to hoot and ask if that was his last car, he just ignored me. cars after we served by other attenders who knew their reason of being at work. After he finished with the car, he just went and helped the other car! OMG! i went out and asked why is he attending to the car that came after me and he just carried on until the driver of that car told him to come and help me. Instead he went and spoke with the cashier. I am the customer that needed service that Sasol failed to deliver. Is your staff not trained of how to behave when there are at work? Do these people even value their jobs? Please get professional people so we can get the service we deserve. I really dont even see myself going there anymore and i wonder how many people feel disgusted with your service like i do. .....Cylo </p>
