Disgusted by how law abiding citizens are treated.

Stopped to fill a mere R300 worth of fuel at Sasol Lynnwoodridge PTA, after waiting in the blistering heat for service considering it was busy was eventually assisted by a attendant who clearly doesn't like his job. Wanting to pay for this transaction was a nightmare, not only is communication a write off but other attendants over power quieter one's and was then told after the POS machine was grabbed by another rude attendant that my card is not swiping and should get out of my car and pay inside the convenience store. I refused to do that and requested that the rude attendant bring back the machine to allow me to pay. They left me there unattended, I then requested if I should pay or not coz clearly they did not want my money or else I drive away, I was then shouted at and threatened that they would send SAPS to arrest me. I am disgusted at the owner of this franchise who keeps such people. Law abiding citizens are threatened, treated in this manner and when they drive off without paying they become news headlines. Pathetic. If the owner keeps people like this he either condemns this service standard or clearly is not aware. Sasol your reputation is at stake. Wake up.
