Dirty fuel - NEVER EVER USE SASOL!!!

<p>At the end of June i filled up at Sasol, the following week my Audi Q7 went into limp mode and could not be driven. After being at Audi for over a month they eventually found the problem - Dirty fuel from Sasol! the repairs cost R50 000! After eventually getting my car back from Audi I iwent straight to Sasol with a sample of the fuel, they sent me a mail a couple of weeks later stating that the fuel was dirty but because it had taken me so long to complain (Audi took a month to find the problem stupid Sasol!) they could not test the tanks at the garage and i could not proove it was from them! I then supp**** my Nedfleet statement that showed and proved where i had filled up! It was then passed onto the next level 'manager' who sent me a letter stating it was basically tough and was fuel from someone elses garage. Idiot!!! Audi gave me a report to say that it was definitely not a build up as the idiot from Sasol stated and infact was definitely Sasols fault!</p> <p>Ths report was sent to this so called manager at Sasol, he then and subsequently just ignores me!</p> <p>Extremey poor customer service and attitude from Sasol, NEVER use them EVER</p>
