Debit Card Skimming

On the 25th of May I went to the Tembisa Sasol (Andrew Mapheto Drive) to fill up and I also purchased brake fluid. The total cost of my transaction was R439.50 and the money went off. On the 27th I was in Centurion and I noticed that there was a transaction off my account og R400.00 from this filling station. This was impossible as I was in centurion and in possession of my bank card.

I drove from Centurion to Tembisa to query this transaction and all I got was some story that my bank had duplicated the transaction in error, now I find that hard to belive because had it been a bank duplicate, the amount should have been the same as the 1st transaction.

I am completely appauled at what your guys are doing with our cards, I will share this message on all my socialy media platforms to ensure that people know what you do and this comes to an end. I had to drive to query this and I never got an appology or compensation for my time and resources. The lady that helped had to scroll through my transactional SMS which I found to be grossly invading my privacy.

This kind of service is not acceptable and you were unathorised to re debit my account.
