DAYLIGHT *******- SASOL GARAGE CLARE ESTATE DURBAN

Good Morning I am very ****ed off with the pricing of one of your Sasol stores in Clare Estate, durban. I went to the store on the 27/08/2024 at 21.58pm to purchase a can of doom. I went to the shelf and the can of doom was priced at R29.90 so i took the can. When i went to the till, the cashier by the name of Samke assisted, she scanned the tin and it came out as R45.00. I queried it with her and she said that the price is correct at R45, i told her that on the shelf the price is R29.90 but she could not give me an explanation on why the pricing is different from the shelf and the till. No appology from the cashier as well. I contacted the store this morning to get an email address to send this complaint to and i was asked so many questions on why i need the email address, this is unprofessional behaviour. This is daylight ******* by sasol , i am going to contact the consumer watches and let them investigate all sasol garages. Receipt: *** REGARDS ASHLEY NAIDOO
