Damage to vehicle after valet

Brought my car in to Sasol Noordheuwel to be valeted on 24 April 2015. On receipt of the vehicle, noticed that the front bumper had been deeply scratched. When the issue was raised, they claimed that the bumper was already damaged when they received it. Do not use their car wash service, as any damages they do to the car will be sent into a he-said she-said excuse cycle and no helpful outcome will be reached.
