Customer Service Stinks!!

<p>Off to work on Monday morning, stopped at Sasol Stanger to get a pie and some cooldrink to get through the day, after ordering a pie and a ring donut, i was asked to go pay and come back to fetch the goods(thats The procedure in Stanger) after paying and coming to fetch my goods, it was placed on the counter for me to collect, upon picking the goods the pie jus slid out of its packaging!! I asked the lady behing the counter, why did you not seal the packet, she said that they dont seal the packets , i said then why didnt you hold the packet for me to collect, coz i dont no which sides are the openings of the packet when they left upside down on the counter. She jus rep**** in an angry , raised voice, "So whos fault is it that you cant hold the pie,", i asked her please dont yell at me, coz it is your fault you did not me the goods. She rep**** again so whose fault is it! and she was blatantly rude and i asked her for name to which she rep****, "WHat do you want with my name im not giving it to you"...so i asked another staff member for her name left the goods and walked out. Never been treated so rudely in my Life!! DISGUSTED!! DISSAPPOINTED!! will never suppoer Sasol Stanger again!!!</p>
