Customer service center is awful

If I could give no stars I would. Customer service agents are useless and rude. Stop working at 4pm, and they put the phone down in your ear mid call. Called Head office, no supervisors available, won't give out contact information, had to call 3 times to get that (useless) information. Took my number with a promise to escalate. What was a minor complaint has now blown into epic proportions due to awful awful customer service centre. No accountability by sasol for their franchisee lying to a customer, it might be owned by a 3rd party, but it's Your name and reputation.
