Complaint Regarding Poor Service.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your petrol station located at Soshanguve Chillies Butchery this morning. On 13-03-2024, at approximately 08:10am, I visited your station with the expectation of prompt service, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of this expectation.

Upon arrival, I waited for approximately 30 minutes without any attendant approaching to assist me. Despite observing staff members casually strolling around the premises, none of them made an effort to acknowledge my presence or address my needs. This lack of attention and responsiveness left me feeling neglected and inconvenienced.

As a customer, I value efficiency and professionalism, both of which were sorely lacking during my visit. It is unacceptable for patrons to be left unattended for such an extended period, especially during peak hours when timely service is crucial.

I trust that you will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to address the issues I have raised. Customers should feel valued and attended to when visiting your establishment, and I urge you to implement measures to ensure that future experiences are more satisfactory.
