Competition, what's the deal Sasol?

Current competition "Stand a chance 1 of 5 VW Polos..." and "To enter, participants need to spend R250 or more in a single purchase at Sasol" . Does this include fuel purchases or not? A forecourt attendant I asked, thinks not. If not, it is a pretty underhanded deal from Sasol.
