Child Locked In Cage At Sasol Hindle Road

<p>On 16 Aug 2016 at around 17:00 found a kid, age around 11, locked at the back in a cage at SASOL HINDLE ROAD. Apparently he and his friends tried to steel and Sasol staff locked him in a cage for the whole afternoon WITHOUT notifying the police. I questioned the manager and ask her to rather keep him inside or in a better and safer place. What he did or trying to do was wrong. You cant keep a child locked up in a cage for several hours like a wild animal and not notifying the police. She couldn't give an explanation. I then ask her if she knows what psycological damage she is doing to that child? She also couldn't answer neither on what to do about the situation. At the same time a social worker also walked in the store and demand that she released the child from the cage and call the police but she revused. I then phone the police myself and within 5min she released the kid. I've asked the police to advised the parents to punish the child for what he has done BUT YOU DON'T KEEP A CHILD IN A CAGE FOR SEVERAL HOURS!!!!</p>
