Charged us twice

<p>On the 10th January we filled full tank unleaded petrol at Sasol garage Mdantsane, we were helped but Qhamani when the print out on their machine did not come out he called for assistance that's when Zandise came in. We told Zandi that our money has gone true we showed her the message from the bank. She promise d that within 3 hours the money will be reversed to our money till today the money is not reversed to our account.</p> <p> </p> <p>The next day which was 11th we went to Sasol to complain the manager told us in his print out its only one print out I asked him to show me he then refused instead he took our printout never come back with it. When he came back he told us to go to the bank which is the second inconvenience for us bank will charge us nd there's a long queue and soon forth. He refused. to give us our money but promised that we will get it within 24 hours of his investigation but till today the money us not reversed to our card.</p> <p> </p> <p> On Monday the 16th I called the head office for further assistance I was told buy they guy who answered the phone that someone will get back to me same day, Monday passed no call from Sasol head office, yesterday it was the 17th dill received no call from them. I was given the reference number ********** 07.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sasol bare in mind that on that day I was taking a child to school nd I explained that I wanted money as in yesterday.</p>
