CAR WASH BROKE MY STEERING WHEEL ADJUSTING MECHANISM

<p>On June 11th 2016 i took my car in for a wash at the local sasol garage at Midstream. When the carwash people broke my steering wheel adjuster. I then informed the owner Mark Venter who then asked me to get a quote form Mercedes to resolve the matter. Upon recieving the quote from Mercedes centurion which was for R12 085.20, Mark turned around and told me telephonically that my car was old so how do i know the car wash people broke the adjuster. Honestly it was almost like the guy was bipolar he just switched and became very insulting on the phone. i later reported the matter to Sasol head office and haven't heard back from them. Im disgusted beyond words by the lack of professionalism on sasol's part and the level of dishonesty from Mark Venter and his team. Ghastly experience, for this reason i will never ever wash my car at sasol midstream or any other sasol carwash for that matter. It's appalling that business people like Mark Venter have a lack of accountability when the destroy people's property.</p>
