Car damaged due to incorrect placing of pump barr

Recently I damaged my car at Sasol skurveberg petrol station. The owner referred me to the area manger Bassey Thulo whom said even though they admit that the pump protection barrier is placed incorrectly and causes car damage to clients daily they will not assist me to repair my car neither will they correct the barriers due to high cost. My insurance now sees me as a high risk client due to this incident. And the car repair centre informed me they must fix Sasol damaged cars on a weekly basis. Surely there must be the design engineer with PI insurance somewhere to pay for his stupid designs correction and damages that goes with it.
