BAD SERVICES

Good morning,

I am writing this complaint with great disappointment. There is a staff member by the name of Thabo at Sasol Circle Centre who appears to be the manager. Unfortunately, he has been very rude and has shown a lack of respect toward customers(me in particular)

As a regular and loyal customer, I am extremely unhappy with this experience. Due to his attitude and arrogance, I have decided not to return to Sasol Circle Centre.

I trust that this matter will be addressed appropriately.
