Bad services and cover up by management

After i wrote a complaint, i received a call from site manager at Turfloop sasol, he said he engaged Joseph and he apologized, also the so called letter of apology was attached. when i read the letter i found that all what was said by Joseph was lies. Sasol Turfloop is covering their staff not caring about the customer, they have a footage that says it all but yet do nothing. i will not recommend that motorist go to Sasol Turfloop where petrol Attendant Joseph is working because he will ruin your day and who know what next he will do.
