Bad service SASOL cnr visagie and kgosi mampuru

So on friday the 15th, i went to sasol petrol station at cnr visagie and kgosi mampuru street, the petrol attendant was soo rude and didnt even have a name tag, he went on and on about how the manager refuses to hire more petrol attendants its just him and Ayanda( the other attendant that had name tag on) , and he told me how unprofessional i was ,forgetting that i had stood there for over 10minutes waiting for service. He showed no remorse of how he spoke to me, eveb when i demanded to speak to his superiors he was not bothered, he just said go ahead.i honestly plead with our petrol industry to train their personnel when it comes to customer service, you are failing us SASOL. The attendant even had his friends there standing together talking unbothered , then complaining about management not hiring and that its not his fault that he is treating us badly. This is not fair and as a woman i will not tolerate anyone or man talk to me as if i am a nobody.
