BAD SERVICE FROM SASOL GARAGE MABOPANE

I had a terrible service from a petrol attendant at Sasol Garage in Mabopane. I got to the garage around 5am to pour petrol and was never assisted. When I got to the garage I asked my younger brother to check water quickly so to speed up the service when the attendant pour petrol just to speed up the service as I we were on our way to work. So my younger brother went to look for water whilst I waited for an attandent to pour petrol but No one attended to me and I saw a car that other cars that came after me were attended instead and so I told a petrol attendant that I came first, he then said rudely that he thought I was only pouring water, he started shouting at my brother who asked him for water that why didn't he tell him that he wanted to pour as well, I was shocked at the way he shouted at my younger brother and his bodily language and rude manner of approach. I said to him why is he shouting at my brother? Why doesn't he talk to him nicely and why would I park where we pour petrol if we didn't want to pour petrol because then we would block other people from pouring, he instead started shouting at me too and I was so overwhelmed at how rudely he speaks to customers and couldn't even care, if you can check the CCTV footage you could even see his bodily expression and when I mentioned reporting him to his manager he said I should go ahead with an attitude that nothing will happen. At that time there was no manager and I left my contact numbers so the manager could call me since they couldn't give me the store contact nor email but I never received any call from the manager. Hence I resorted to posting on hello peter They served other cars and I had to wait to be served. The guy by the name of Mike as per the cashier he needs to to customer care training. Im so highly disappointed and will never use that garage ever again. I will instead pour at Sasol in soshanguve since it's also on my way to work.
