bad service ever

i went to sasol for a fuel using the card for the point only to find out that when they swipe point card for withdrawal it was not working but when they swipe for checking the point it was fine, I waited there for about an hour waiting for my friend to come and swipe for me, because i didn't have funds on my acc,and they didn't wanted me to go ,whereas it wasn't my faut ,the guy who was assisting me ,he give me a new card and said i must contact sasol customer care to activate the card ,I've been contacting the customer care number but there is no assistance ,they keep on saying i must wait for 48hrs then call back ,i've been contacting them ,but nothing .bad service ever ,because i have the card that has point but i can't use them
