Bad Service at Sasol Thulamahashe

I have had 2 incidents in Sasol Thulamahashe, one of the petrol attended her name is Martha, she does not treat customers in a right way. There was an incident that happened few months back where i wanted to pour petrol and it was full, one of the driver asked her to buy ice cream and then i asked her to move forward so we can be assisted then her response was "those people are bringing business" then i complained to her senior. Then her senior asked for forgiveness then today i wanted to pour petrol, she refused and she cant assist, instead of giving me another option to say move to another pump, i am gonna assist you no she didnt instead i ended up driving to the nearest petrol station
