Bad service at Sasol Modderdam Road, Cavalier Centre

Good day, i just came back from Sasol Garage, Modderdam Road, Kavalier Road. I was sitting to put petrol in and have my family in my car. I was waiting for someone to attend to me and no one came. After a few minutes i left and told the guy "thank you for no service" . How long must a person wait to get attended to? The same thing happen to me on Friday morning. I pulled up and stood for a while. The attendant came and went to someone else. I told him that i was there before that person and he came to assist me. Service is bad, very bad. I saw a lot of guys there this morning, and when i left and looked back there were no more cars. The robot was red and i saw how the one guy showed the other one and pointed to bay 3 where we were standing. Sasol you dont rock and i cannot say something good cos i did not get the service i expected. I can assure you that i will tell my friends and family not to make use of that Sasol as one must wait for ages to be attended to. I trust someone will look into this matter and give me feedback.
