Bad service.

On Wednesday, 10 September 2025, in the evening, on my way home from work, I stopped at the Sasol garage in Rosebank on Jan Smuts to fill up. When I pulled up, there was a petrol attendant who was on his phone and just standing by the pump. Also, there was a car ahead of me that took a little while to leave, understandably so, as they were just about to leave.

After the car drove off, I pulled forward to be assisted. I waited for over a minute, yet no petrol attendant came to assist me—nor did anyone seem concerned that I was waiting.

This is not the first time I’ve had this experience at this garage. Too often, the petrol attendants appear uninterested in helping customers who are there to fill up, talking for myself.

I then left, as I wasn't going to wait up for way longer than I should have to be assisted.
