BAD SERVICE

Am writing this review with utter disappointment, I called the Sasol garage by Centurion Circle To ask if they have gas, of which the person that answered the call said they do have gas available.

I requested an Uber to go buy the gas while I left my child sleeping in this cold day. I stay 5 min away from the garage

When I got to the garage I was told they do not have gas , the person I spoke to said they is plenty of gas available so I rushed there As I work from home and feared that should I go later when I knock off I will not find gas.

Its sad that we as the consumers have to deal with people who have no manging s**** nor rumours, of problem solving s****s The manager could care that I took effort in calling and requesting an uber to rush and purchase a gas cylinder .

It saddens me that people do not value their jobs nor clients these days while 3.3million have lost their jobs.

The manager couldn’t even say to me that pay and once they deliver we will contact you for collection.

Where has customer service GONE?
